Speaking and Events
Ecopunks.live is an events, marketing, and business strategy consultancy. We promote and represent thought leaders who are unique and ahead of the event horizon.
Expertise: We have a deep understanding of current events and contemporary issues and are actively engaged in these areas. We identify trending topics before they trend, and we are able to connect the dots to seemingly unrelated but adjacent issues and topics. Our clients not only see the future, they make it.
Passionate Teachers: As speakers, we are driven by a desire to share knowledge, foster critical literacies, and entertain. Our passion is contagious, engaging and inspiring audiences.
Customized Speaking Engagements: We work closely with event organizers, corporations, educational institutions, and nonprofits to tailor speaking engagements to meet the specific needs and objectives of each client. With that, we maximize relevance and impact of the respective talk in question.
Diverse Formats: Our variety of speaking formats include but are not limited to keynote presentations, salons, workshops, and webinars. However, as everything in life, these formats constantly change and we are evolving, too. We pick and choose the format based on our clients needs and individual circumstances.

Events are at the core of what we do as Eco Punks. While we are professionally consultants, we recognize the valuable role that events play as a method of knowledge transfer and mobilization. It is the most efficient means of communicating the complexity, diversity, and dynamism of ecosystems.
So much of professional life is dominated by bad and boring events. Meetings, online sessions, panels with no purpose, and presentations that emphasize slides over story. Why waste your work life when there are more productive and pleasurable alternatives? Let's do these events differently, let's use events to reinvigorate our work and focus. Did you know greater efficiency can also be entertaining?
Effective events are how we get to what is meaningful, and what is human. Facilitated dialogue and conversation are essential to uncovering and mobilizing the knowledge we need to thrive and enjoy our work. Stories are how we remember and pass on knowledge, especially when it comes to collaborating and innovating.
While this may seem self-evident, it is sadly something most organizations neglect or ignore. Similarly professionals do not regard their presentation or story telling skills as central to their professional abilities and success.
In person events are once again how business gets done, however these events remain stuck in old and broken formats. Virtual events are also now emerging as an option, however they tend to emulate the trappings of the old world, rather than take advantage of what is possible with the new.
The issue always comes back to the human, and our limited attention spans. We need to respect each other's limited time, and our desire to spend that time on what matters most. No surprise that's not always work. Which is why events continue to grow in strategic value and overall effectiveness.
